Career Path Tool

The career path tool is a website for Bacardi co-workers. Here they can discover what are their possible career hierarchies and how to get to the top. Research has been done concerning types of users, their needs and to get to information in the most interactive and efficient way. I have been in charge of the user interaction and interface designs. Working closely with the developer's team made it easier to achieve design concepts with fluid and dynamic interactions.

Based on a universe concept, the designs reflect a space where users navigate firstly through galaxies - the department of Bacardi - and then planets inside the previous - the levels and positions inside that department.
